Nominator's project description
| Professor Christman is an internationally recognized bioengineer. Her pioneering research on injectable biomaterials for regenerative engineering aims to repair heart tissue and advance translational therapies. Her work bridges materials science, bioengineering and clinical translation to create minimally invasive approaches for cardiovascular disease. During her stay in Germany, she will build interdisciplinary collaborations to probe fundamental mechanisms of biomaterial-driven repair. |
